Breakfast: Yogurt

1 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup seed granola, 1 chopped apple


Lunch: Salad & Nuts

1 cup salad (zucchini, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce); 2 hard boiled eggs; 1 small apple; 1/4 cup nuts 


Dinner: Stir-Fried Rice 

1/2 cup brown rice, 2 eggs, 2 mini zucchini 

Directions: Stir-fry all together for ~8 minutes
