  • Lettuce
  • Celery
  • Eggs
  • Garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • Pre-cut veggie mix - I got this one from Trader Joe's!
  • Cucumbers
  • Black bean hummus
  • Cheese
  • Grilled chicken

Breakfast: Bean & Veggie Skillet

1/2 cup garbanzo beans, 1/2 cup veggie mix, 2 eggs

Stir fry together with a canola oil spray, ~5 minutes 


Lunch: Veggies & Dip

2 cups cucumbers & celery; individually-wrapped cheese, 1/4 cup black bean hummus


Dinner: Chicken & Veggie Tacos

Lettuce leaves, 1 chicken breast, 1 cup pre-chopped veggie mix 

Wrap em up & eat!
