  • Whole wheat mini bagels
  • Lettuce mix 
  • Cucumbers 
  • Yogurt 
  • Cheddar cheese

Breakfast: Skillet with Eggs & "Hash Browns" 

2 small potatoes (chopped), 2 small tomatoes (chopped), 2 fried eggs 

Directions: Bake potatoes in the microwave, stir-fry eggs & tomatoes, ~5 minutes on medium heat with canola oil spray


Lunch: Tomato & Cucumber Salad with Eggs 

Salad (2 small tomatoes, 2 small cucumbers), 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 small whole wheat bagel, 1 protein bar 


Dinner: Salad Bowl

2 cups lettuce, 1 ounce cheese, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 chopped cucumber

Mix & drizzle with lemon juice
