  • 7 4-cup bags of Sorento Blend Greens (or any greens)
  • 2 12oz-packages of Bacon
  • 3 Cartons of Eggs
  • 11 1lb-Bags of Green Beans
  • 7 Apples
  • 6 8-oz Containers of Blue Cheese Crumbles

Total Cost: $89.74


BREAKFAST

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Strip Bacon
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Beans
  • ¼ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

Calories: 375; Fat 27 gm; Protein 25 gm; Carbs 9 gm; Fiber 3 gm

Total Cost of Meal: $3.19


LUNCH

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped green beans
  • 1 large apple
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek-style feta dressing (I got this one from Trader Joe's) 

Calories: 425; Fat 22 gm; Protein 16 gm; Carbs 41 gm; Fiber 9 gm

Total Cost of Meal: $4.08   Note: this cost is without the dressing ! 


DINNER

  • 3 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 pieces bacon, cooked (I cook them on the stove top!) 
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 2 Tbsp Greek Style Feta Dressing (I got this one from Trader Joe's) 

Calories: 500; Fat 33 gm; Protein 31 gm; Carbs 15 gm; Fiber 4 gm
