  • 2 bags brown rice; 10 oz each 
  • 1 container peanuts; 16 oz 
  • 5 single serve cans tuna

Breakfast 

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 1/2 avocado

Lunch 

  • Salad: 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 tomato, 1/2 avocado
  • 2 Hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
