Meal Plan with Nuts & Pre-Chopped Veggies


GROCERIES FOR THE WEEK (5 DAYS) 

  • 1 bag 4-count avocado
  • 5 single-serving oatmeal cups (I'm using MYKL Labs!) 
  • 1 carton eggs
  • 1 package dark chocolate pieces
  • 1 container peanuts
  • 1 package pecans
  • 50 celery sticks (about 3 bags of celery)
  • 3 bags lettuce
  • 2 packages 8 blend veggie mix (got it from Trader Joe's!)
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 block blue cheese
  • 1 bottle blue cheese dressing 

Total Cost: $88.59


BREAKFAST

  • 1 cup oatmeal (I'm using MYLK Labs!)
  • 1/4 c pecans 

Calories: 425; Fat 29 gm; Protein 10 gm; Carbs 35 gm; Fiber 9 gm

Total Cost: $7.25


LUNCH 

  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate 
  • 1 oz peanuts
  • 5 celery sticks 

Calories: 450; Fat 24 gm; Protein 25 gm; Carbs 60 gm; Fiber 2 gm

Total Cost: $1.69


DINNER 

  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1/8 cup blue cheese
  • 1 cup 8 blend veggie mix
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup garbanzo beans 
  • 1.5 tbsp chunky blue cheese dressing 

Calories: 425; Fat 29 gm; Protein 12 gm; Carbs 32 gm; Fiber 9 gm 

Total Cost: $3.94
