2 fried eggs, 1/2 avocado, 1 medium tomato

Fry eggs in skillet with canola oil spray, cover with lid if desired, slice avocado, chop tomato

Lunch: Bento Box with Tomato & Avo Salad 

2 hard boiled eggs, tomato and avocado salad (1 medium tomato chopped, 1 mini avocado chopped), 1/4 cup macadamia nuts 

Calories: 612; Fiber: 2 g; Protein: 15 g; Carbs: 8 g; Fat: 33 g

Total Cost of meal: $2.52

Dinner: Chef's Salad with Tomatoes and Avocados 

3 cups lettuce, 5 oz grilled chicken strips, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 medium tomato chopped, 1/4 baby avocado
