  • 2 packages grilled chicken strips, 12 oz each

  • 2 dozen eggs

  • 1 bag pumpkin seeds, 3.75 cups per bag

  • 18 red peppers

  • 2 packs single serve guacamole cups (6 packets per box)

Total Cost: $52.28

 

BREAKFAST

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 packet guacamole

  • 2 eggs

Calories: 320; Fat 23gm; Protein 15gm; Carbs 12gm; Fiber 5gm 

Total Cost of Meal: $1.86

 

LUNCH 

  • 2 hard boiled eggs

  • 2 red peppers, sliced

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 packet guacamole

Calories: 500; Fat 35gm; Protein 24gm; Carbs 23gm; Fiber 9gm

Total Cost of Meal: $3.30

 

DINNER 

  • 4 oz chicken

  • 4 cups lettuce blend

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • 2 tbsp Greek style feta dressing

Calories: 380; Fat 21gm; Protein 37gm; Carbs 11gm; Fiber 5gm
