GROCERIES FOR THE WEEK (5 DAYS) 

  • Large Pre-Cooked Shrimp (I get mine frozen)
  • Pecans
  • Eggs
  • Single-serving guacamole packets
  • Sorento Blend Lettuce
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Bell Peppers

 

BREAKFAST

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 guacamole packet

Calories: 325; Fat 23 gm; Protein 15 gm; Carbs 13 gm; Fiber 4 gm

 

LUNCH

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 whole bell pepper
  • 1 guacamole packet
  • 1/4 cup pecans

Calories: 500; Fat 39 gm; Protein 17gm; Carbs 21 gm; Fiber 6 gm

 

DINNER

  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 13 medium shrimp
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbs greek style feta dressing

Calories: 375; Fat 33 gm; Protein 30 gm; Carbs 8 gm; Fiber 4 gm
