8+ Low Carb Halloween Desserts

For many people, especially kids, Halloween is one of the favorite holidays of the year!

It’s a fun celebration, kids dress up (some adults too), go trick or treating, and even adults go to costume parties – but the celebration is usually filled with carbs and sugary treats.

So, if you’re on a weight loss journey, or you’re on a low carb diet, it might be a bit difficult for you to enjoy yourself, when you feel like you have nothing to eat and you’re surrounded by candy and sweets.

 But don’t worry!

There are plenty of healthy, low carb, and still delicious desserts you can eat during Halloween, while still enjoying yourself.

So, in this post I’m sharing deliciously fun, healthy, low carb, and spooky desserts you can eat during Halloween that won’t ruin your low carb or keto diet.

8+ Low Carb Halloween Desserts

While there are definitely savory keto snacks that you can eat, and many keto Halloween recipes (deviled egg eyeballs for example) and generally low carb recipes, a lot of people struggle with keto friendly desserts on Halloween.

So, I’m gonna list some ideas for low carb Halloween recipes and low carb Halloween treats, and also give you some ideas on how to decorate them, to make them perfect for your Halloween party!

Let’s get into guilt free low carb Halloween recipes that will fit your meal plan and diet, not raise your blood sugar, and still be delicious.

Instructions

  1. Slice apple as depicted in picture

  2. Spread peanut butter on each slice

  3. Top with cinnamon

  4. No nuts? Use a seed butter e.g. sunflower seed butter
