  • It’s cheap! The prices are nationally fixed – meaning, anywhere you go (even NYC, LA, and San Fran) the prices are the same (and very cheap!)

  • They have stores all over the country and are opening new ones all the time

  • They’re so responsive to their customers, they’re always taking new food and meal requests

  • They’re great with returns – I returned an open bag of cat litter Cat didn’t like the other week
