Here a pretty typical day for me!
I follow a low to moderate carb diet, full of whole, real foods, and I stick to my rule of thumb of #1starchPerDay and my “formula” for lunches & dinners. Here’s a list of benefits of a low carb approach!
Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!
I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.

10:30am – 2 eggs & shredded cheese

1pm giant Peruvian Inca corn

3:45pm shrimp, snap peas & carrots, with peanut sauce

6pm more shrimp + peanut sauce

8pm salad with salmon, cranberry goat cheese, asparagus
