Here a pretty typical day for me!

I follow a low to moderate carb diet, full of whole, real foods, and I stick to my rule of thumb of #1starchPerDay and my “formula” for lunches & dinners. Here’s a list of benefits of a low carb approach!

Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!

I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.

  • 8:30am – Yogurt and 1/4 cup nuts

  • 12:30pm – Brussels, shrimp, and blue cheese

  • 3:30pm- 2 servings full fat ice ream and 2 tsp jimmies (sprinkles)

  • 7:16pm- Chili with ground beef and cauliflower rice
