What I Eat in a Day as a Nutritionist – March 25
Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!
I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.
8:30am – Yogurt and 1/4 cup nuts
12:30pm – Brussels, shrimp, and blue cheese
3:30pm- 2 servings full fat ice ream and 2 tsp jimmies (sprinkles)
7:16pm- Chili with ground beef and cauliflower rice
